Project Caraga Hosted Carbon Study Talks with PRIMEX, Landell Mills
Project Caraga welcomed representatives from Pacific Rim Innovation and Management Exponents, Inc. (PRIMEX) and Landell Mills Limited (UK) for a meeting on advancing carbon studies in the Caraga Region last September 4, 2025. The discussion is part of the Asian Development Bank-funded Technical Assistance Project
TA-10009 REG: Accelerating Climate Resilience in Agriculture, Natural Resources, and the Environment – 5 CCAP SP3: Climate Resilient Ecosystems, implemented in partnership with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources(DENR).

Project Caraga was represented by Deputy CEO Anselmo Cabrera and Chief Communications Officer Owen Jaen, while PRIMEX was led by National Forester and Watershed Specialist Dr. Diomedes Racelis and National Data Analyst Ronn Ritchie Arboleda. The exchange of methodologies and insights underscored the importance of grounding carbon studies in strong scientific research while aligning them with community coordination and conservation work on the ground.
The collaboration highlights the shared goal of building climate-resilient ecosystems in Caraga—where data-driven studies not only inform policies but also create practical opportunities for sustainable investment and livelihood. By bridging technical expertise with local action, the partnership advances both forest conservation and climate resilience for the benefit of present and future generation
